Ester heads Business Support Services, which provides accounting and payroll services to local and multinational clients. She has extensive experience in providing accounting, payroll, and related services to clients in industries such as information technology, insurance, banking and finance, customer services, health services, manufacturing, hotel and restaurant services, import and export, brokerage, and entertainment.

She also has experience in incorporation and registration of business enterprises, preparation of project feasibility studies, and marketing research work.

Ester obtained her bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of the East.
