Raul Nicolas S. Tomas

Raul has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, government, project evaluation, and the academe. He has handled feasibility studies, market entry studies, project briefs, financial advisories, due diligence, shares valuations, and organization and business performance improvement studies for a wide range of clients (government corporations, educational institutions, banks, hospitals, hotels and companies in the agriculture, garments, furniture, petroleum, retail financial, plastics, hospitality, pharmaceutical and automotive industries).

Before joining P&A, Raul worked with another major accounting and consulting firm, the Philippine Board of Investments, and the National Economic and Development Authority.  He was also an instructor at Michigan State University when he was pursuing his graduate degree.

Raul graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree in economics. He obtained his master’s degree in economics from Michigan State University.  He has also earned several credits in the doctoral program in economics from the same university.
