Responsibilities

Terry is in charge of the overall HR process from areas of recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, employee relations, training and organization development.

Work experience

Terry brings to P&A 18 years of executive experience in HR from a local savings bank, where she handled general HR, corporate communication and branch expansion functions.  She also joined one of the major BPO companies in the country as head of executive recruitment.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, from the University of Santo Tomas
