USB and CD/DVD for submission of SLSP (Revenue Memorandum Order 56-2010)

Summary lists of sales and purchses (SLSPs) can  now be submitted to BIR using  other removal storage media such as universal serial bus (USB) flash drives, and compact discs (CD)/digital video discs (DVD).   

Prior to this,  non-eFPS taxfilers are only allowed to use a 3.5 inch floppy diskette.  The SLSP should still comply with the  electronic format prescribed under existing regulations using either an Excel format, the taxpayer's own extract program or the Data Entry Module developed by the BIR.

Attached is a copy of the RMO.
