Part 1 of this seminar is intended to aid and remind taxpayers of the "dos" and "don'ts" in the filing of their income tax returns.  It includes an updated discussion of the rules, court decisions and other compliance requirements that should be kept in mind in the preparation of the tax returns, the required attachments and the reconciling schedule.Part 2 is intended to give the taxpayers a picture of what lies ahead in terms of the collection, enforcement and audit activities by the BIR after the tax amnesty.  It also includes discussion of recent updates covering tax issuances, court decisions and legislative initiatives.
