P&A bags Anvil Award for tax calendar

Punongbayan & Araullo (P&A), one of the leading audit, tax and business advisory firms in the country, won an Anvil Award of Merit at the just concluded 45th Anvil Awards. The firm won for its 2009 Tax Calendar, which details various tax compliance requirements, as per the BIR and other relevant government agencies, along with the respective deadlines. The calendar also showcases the talent of P&A’s people as it features 12 travel photographs taken by some of the firm’s auditors, financial analysts, economists, tax consultants and administrative specialists. Accepting the award for P&A are (from left) Lina Figueroa, partner for Tax Advisory and Compliance; Marivic Españo, managing partner and COO; and Lily Linsangan, division head of Specialist Advisory Services. This is the fifth Anvil Award for P&A.
