Fulvio started at P&A as a tax senior, supervising engagements determining clients’ compliance with tax rules and regulations. His work at P&A has included representing clients in tax cases before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Department of Finance; addressing queries on tax and other corporate concerns; handling registration matters and other requirements for doing business in the Philippines; and conducting research on issues affecting individual and corporate taxpayers.

Fulvio has a law degree from San Beda College and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from St. Louis University.
