During the course of her career, Dally has acquired extensive knowledge and expertise in the audit of companies representing various industries, including services, retail and wholesale trade, real estate, security brokerage, manufacturing, mining and construction.

Dally's professional experience includes more than two decades of extensive work in technical standards-setting and quality control. Her involvement in the technical aspects of accounting extends to the national level through her work in the various projects and programs of standards-setting bodies in the Philippines. She is currently the secretary of the Auditing Standards and Practices Council of the Philippines.

Dally and Tax Partner Marivic Espano led a special audit engagement team that won the 2007 Founders Award, the highest form of recognition of team excellence at P&A.

Dally holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, magna cum laude, from the University of the East. She is the co-author of"New Accounting Standards and Income Tax Reporting: A Study of Differences," which won an Anvil Award of Merit at the 43rd Anvil Awards earlier this year.
