Paz joined P&A in 1994 as Accounting Manager, handling the Firm’s internal accounting work and payroll preparation services.  Prior to joining Business Support Services, she was P&A's Finance & Administration Director, supervising the internal accounting department and the various support services units. 

She has nearly 25 years of experience as an accounting manager of a real estate company and as a marketing manager of a sales/marketing company under its real estate development division.

Paz obtained her bachelor’s degree in accountancy, cum laude, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
