Raymund S. Gallardo

Bobby is a CPA-lawyer who has wide-ranging experience in international expatriate services, corporate consultancy, tax advisory and advocacy, tax compliance, and international taxation.

Before returning to private practice as a Tax Partner in another major public accounting firm, Bobby held various key positions during his 20 years at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR): he was, at various points in his career, the head of the Individual Taxpayers Group, the Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the Large Taxpayers Group, and the chief of the International Tax Affairs Division.  His expertise in corporate taxation is further strengthened by his extensive experience in finance, general management, application of tax treaty provisions, and in financial audit work.

A CPA-lawyer, Bobby obtained his bachelor of laws degree from the Ateneo Law School and his business degree (major in accountancy), magna cum laude, from the University of the East.  He also completed the International Tax Program of Harvard University in the United States.
