Lily has over 20 years of experience supervising the audit of local and multinational companies in various industries, especially in the financial services industry. She currently heads Business Risk Services, the P&A unit that handles internal audit and technology risk management engagements.

Lily headed the entire Audit & Assurance Division for four years.

Specializing in due diligence audits, as well as business risk services, Lily is also a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Control Self-Assessment professional, designations conferred by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She was the 2003 president of IIA-Philippines.

Lily started her career in accounting as chief accountant of a branch of a manufacturing company. She later on moved to public accounting where she was involved in the audit of local and multinational companies engaged in various industries, including manufacturing companies, for several years. Before joining our Firm, she also gained significant experience in the areas of consolidation, financial analysis, and financial evaluation of new acquisitions as an officer of a diversified group of companies.

Lily graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, magna cum laude, from the University of the East and obtained the seventh highest overall rating in the May 1981 national licensure examinations for certified public accountants. She completed a senior executive program in Illinois in 2000.
