May 5, 2008 is the new tax amnesty deadline (Finance Department Order No. 11-08 )

The Secretary of Finance has issued Department Order No. 11-08 correcting the end of the 6-month availment period for the tax amnesty.

Taxpayers who wish to avail of the tax amnesty or amend a previously filed amnesty return may do so until May 5, 2008.
