Reminder to e-file manually filed 2007 ITRs

This is to remind EFPS taxpayers who manually filed their 2007 ITRs to encode the same returns and e-file them within 15 days from date of manual filing. If the ITR was manually filed on April 17
This procedure is prescribed to ensure submission of complete and accurate return data for uploading to the BIR Integrated Tax System. It will be recalled that technical problems were encountered in the EFPS on April 14 and 15 and EFPS filers were authorized to manually file and pay their 2007 ITRs. Filing was subsequently extended until April 17 for EFPS filers.
The RMC emphasizes that this procedure is applicable only upon BIR's official announcement of unavailability of the system.
