Greg oversees the overall operations of audit and assurance, tax advisory and compliance, corporate finance, and outsourced payroll and accounting. He also directs the activities of the training, personnel, information technology, and general administrative units.

Greg--who headed, at different times, both the audit division and the management consulting unit of the Firm--has significant experience in the annual and special audit of clients in industries such as mining, construction, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and information technology. His expertise in public accounting is complemented by ten years of experience as a top executive at one of the country’s largest construction firms. He attended senior executive programs at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and at the Columbia University Business School in the United States.

Greg has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of the East and obtained the second highest overall rating in the October 1976 national licensure examinations for certified public accountants. In 1989, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) selected Greg as a recipient of the Young PICPA Achiever Award.

Greg currently sits as chairman of the Management Development Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines; a director of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines; treasurer of Philippine Dispute Resolution, Inc; and a member of the Board of Visitors of the Philippine Military Academy. He is the editor of The Power to Govern, a compilation of case studies on corporate governance in the Philippines.  He was also the 2005 president of the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP).
