Transparency Report 2011

Punongbayan & Araullo's latest Transparency Report discusses the policies and procedures we have put in place to ensure that the quality of our service is exemplary and consistent.

In the spirit of openness, we provide in this report information regarding the conduct of our professional practice, our revenue and some related information, and other significant developments within our Firm.

During the last fiscal year, we undertook our first Client Satisfaction Survey to assess the P&A experience of our clients and to learn from them directly how we can better improve our services.

Overall, the last fiscal year has been a fulfilling one for us, and we expect to continue rolling out initiatives to support our growth, especially as we move closer to our 25th anniversary in 2013.
